Please book the date you want your items back here.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ:

Dates are reserved on a first come first served basis

Bookings must be received by 12pm 2 working days before the delivery date

We can only accept your first booking from this form. If you need to change the date please contact us by email space@urbanspacemanstorage.co.uk 3 working days before delivery.

Someone must be present to receive your items from our driver. If we are not able to deliver because nobody is present, there will be a £20 redelivery charge and you will have to wait up to 10 working days for us to redeliver

We do not allow time slot bookings. Someone needs to be there from 9am to wait for our driver. The driver will arrive before 4pm.

We will send you a confirmation and payment link a couple of days before your items are due back. Please check your spam folder for this email.

We require payment of the retrieval charge by 3pm the working day before delivery. Details of the retrieval charge were included in your supply payment email and can also be found here:
