How does the monthly storage work?

Payment is on a “per month or part thereof” basis. This means that payment is split up into months starting on the day we collected your items. So if you store your items for one month and 1 day, this will cost 2 months storage.

The date is also important. For example, if we collect on the 24^th of the month, then in order to avoid another month’s storage charge you would need to request your items be delivered on the 23^rd of another month. If we store your items from the 24^th of one month to the 24^th of the next month, this is charged for 2 months.
